Porch Sessions

Thank you for your interest in booking a session with me, I look forward to our time together! Since this is a short session & I will be practicing safe social distancing, I ask that you please fill out your questionnaire with as much detail as possible so I can plan your session accordingly. This is a place for you to share with me the importance of your session and inform me of anything I may need to know before I arrive. This questionnaire goes directly to my inbox and is not shared with anyone other than myself.

There is a place for you to ask questions at the bottom of the questionnaire. I'll gladly answer any questions you may have for me :)
